My friend ia a diabetics .     He suffers recently from severe shaking of his hands. Is there any treatment for that ? I heard there is a new medicine discovered.

You have not given enough information.  Is your friend a Type One (insulin-dependent) diabetic?  Or a Type 2 diabetic (controlled by diet & drugs)?  What are the circumstances of the trembling hands?  Before a meal?  How many hours after injecting insulin?
